Yes, the AI agent supports 42 languages and multiple accents, including Indian, US, Singaporean, and more. New accents can be trained quickly (in as little as 4–8 hours) if required for specific markets.
The AI agent can handle both outbound and inbound calls. For inbound, it can be embedded on websites to allow customers to interact via voice instead of chat.
The solution has APIs for integration with major CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho. While basic integration is available, advanced business logic (like lead triaging based on zip code) may require custom development, which can be built out as needed.
- Deployment is flexible: on-premises (all data stays within the client’s infrastructure) or cloud-based, depending on client needs.
- If deployed on-premises, all processing happens on the client’s servers, ensuring data never leaves their environment.
- For cloud deployments, only call analytics (e.g., call completion stats) are sent to Thirdi; sensitive customer data remains with the client.
Thirdi is open to providing ongoing support and managed services, including having resources on-site if required. The support model can be tailored based on the client’s needs and contract terms.
- Telephony: Default is Twilio, supporting up to 10,000 concurrent calls per number.
